  • How long does it take to get an IV?

    Each IV duration is patient specific. On average, 45 minutes. Some IVs can take up to

    90 minutes.

  • How often can I get an IV?

    You can receive an IV every 1-4 weeks.

  • Is IV Therapy safe for pregnancy?

    BOTOX® Cosmetic targets one of the underlying causes of frown lines and crow’s feet—the repeated muscle contractions from frowning and squinting over the years. Your doctor will inject these muscles with BOTOX® Cosmetic to temporarily reduce muscle activity. You’ll begin to notice a visible smoothing of these lines.

  • How long will the effects last?

    You feel the effects of your IV immediately. These effects can last up to 5-7 days.

  • Will I be uncomfortable during my IV?

    You might feel a mild pinch during the insertion of the IV. We make you comfortable by providing a heated blanket, pillows, and a TV.

  • What is the difference between an IV and an injection?

    An IV is going to deliver fluids and nutrients while a vitamin injectable will just deliver

    nutrients. If you are in a time crunch and can’t sit for an IV, a Vitamin Injectable is a great

    alternative.

  • Will my insurance cover my IV or injectable?

    We do not accept insurance for IV Therapy and injectables.

  • Do I have to have an appointment?

    We offer same day availability for IV Therapy and injectables. You can call to book or

    book online. If you are in the office for an OBGYN or Aesthetics appointment, we can

    add an IV appointment on to your existing appointment.

  • Do I have to be an established patient of Women4Women OBGYN to book an appointment for an IV?

     No! We accept all patients, men and women, for IV Therapy and injectables.
